Civic EX 2.0L

  • CVT transmission
  • 2,500 miles

I purchased the car CPO from a dealer. From the beginning the cold air from the A/C was pretty weak. Functional, but not acceptable given how new it was.

I read reports online that the A/C system on the new Civics sometimes need to be replaced under warranty.

I took it in, and the dealer confirmed that the condenser was leaking refrigerant. They replaced the condenser (part 80100-TBA-A01), gaskets, and recharged the A/C.

It's been working great ever since!

I really love this car, everything else has been a dream. Honda took care of the issue for free with little hassle.
