The contact owns a 2018 Honda Civic. While driving 65 mph, the vehicle sputtered without warning. The vehicle was taken to lundgren Honda of auburn (163 Washington St, auburn, MA 01501) where it was diagnosed that a mouse chewed through the wire harness. The dealer also stated that there were no warranties on the vehicle. The manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 7,300. The VIN was unavailable.
