I was just sitting outside, near my car listening to music on my iPhone 8 when all of a sudden, without me touching it, it connected to my cars bluetooth and began playing music from my car speakers. I was EXTREMELY confused by this because my keys were inside, the car was off, and doors were locked. After about 30 seconds it seemed to disconnect on its own. I sat outside for a while longer listening to music but it never reconnected on its own. After this I tried searching for bluetooth devices on my phone but my car does not show up. It seems as though the stereo system in the car randomly powered up on its own causing my phone to automatically connect to it. I highly doubt this is intended to happen and it might be something Honda would want to look into. It seems like this could be something that would drain your battery if this was happening while you were away from your car.
