Crosstour

  • 117,000 miles

My 2012 Honda Crosstour began shaking around 38-40mph during acceleration. After reading numerous accounts of other Crosstour owners experiencing the same thing, I realized it is a defect in the vehicle. It is now in the shop and I am looking at a $2200 repair bill to replace both front axles and differential. When I emailed Honda, they created a claim and said someone would get back to me in three days. Never happened.

I called today and got a rather snippy young lady who told me that nothing could be done for me since they had NO OTHER COMPLAINTS from other customers!!! We have been Honda owners for 30 years - currently own an Accord and Pilot in addition to the Crosstour. Honda really missed the mark on this vehicle and they refuse to address their mistake. I would love to see a class action suit filed for this!
