Similar problem to Toyota's pedal accelerator problem. I have no floor mats, but it felt like the mat was sticking. It gave the strange sensation of the mat holding the pedal down. Luckily I have manual, so I just push the clutch down until the crazy accelerator pedal stopped revving. I think this problem occurs when you are trying to pass another car and suddenly drive the accelerator down all the way to the floor. It was the first time it has occurred - since 2004. In normal driving conditions this will not occur, but I think Honda should look into this problem, especially those without manual control, a person can easily crash.
