problem #2

Element EX 2.4L I4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 80,000 miles

I'm one of the few that put a laptop bad in the passenger seat. The SRS light came on and would not go off. It takes a special tool at the dealer to reset the SRS. The dealer blamed it on having too many gadgets (phone chargers, etc) hooked up to the car.

Now that I see others with the same problem, I know it's a manufacturers defect.

Shame on Honda for screwing their LOYAL customers.

Element EX 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 72,000 miles

I was told the problem was taken care of with the recall, But the problem has reoccured. now they have told me that I have to pay to have this problem taken care of, because it was taken care of when it went in the first time. I am just saying if the problem was fixed the first time why does it keep happening and why should I be finacially obligated to take care of it
