Fit Sport 1.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 43,600 miles

The electronic fuel avg. gauge always reads at least 29 mpg, sometimes as high as 35; this car is rated at 27-33.This car is my 'beater' - I'm 6'0" and weigh 270 lbs and yes I do 'Fit' in this car. We put new tires on at 43,500 miles, 1 set of windshield wipers and several oil changes. Ford, Chevy and Dodge need to study this car as this may help them upgrade their own 'game'. A way more sensible option would be for all of the 'big 3' to license this car and build it in America. We love this car - add an 8 speed auto and it would be perfect. Was this a real complaint?
