A few months after purchasing the vehicle in fall of 2017 I noticed that the driver's seat was uncomfortably warm and the seat heater was not switched to the "on" position. I took the car back to the selling dealer, after checking I was told nothing was wrong. I continued to experience the problem, took the car to a different dealer. The repair shop personnel checked the wiring, etc. and again said nothing was wrong.

However, after this visit I didn't experience the problem until approximately a month ago when the driver's seat becomes uncomfortably warm with the switch off. I took the car into that second dealership that had done something (even though I was told nothing was done) and this time I talked with the gentleman in the service dept., he said he would take it for a ride and then IF there is a problem, he would take it to service for a check.

Well, this gentleman came to tell me he took it for a ride in town and although he discovered "this seat retains more heat than his car, or others he drove) it got even hotter when the switch was turned on (using both low and high settings.) So, service didn't even do anything and the seat is so uncomfortable now, even though this is Wisconsin and the weather is getting cooler, there is some problem.

What/where can I go to get answers and a solution to this problem?

Thanks!
