HR-V EX 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission

My dealer JL Freed is trying and they have been very accommodating. However, I've been there 3 times. Two times they did some work. Its not fixing the problem. I thought maybe it was weather related. I need to be able to access my trunk whenever. I am angry. I am paying $425 every month for a brand new car that is stressing me out. The trunk should have a key entry to be able to bypass this issue but it doesn't. I'm at the mercy of bad electronics? Honda, you have a class action lawsuit for the CRV door lock issues. Is this part of that same issue? You really should be upfront with customers when this happens. Yes, we are aware and we are working on the problem. We assure you if we cannot fix the issue we will work with you to replace the car of your choice. I'm literally paying Honda to be aggravated every day I go to open my trunk. And, I do have PTSD because I.m afraid to attempt to open the trunk. And please don't tell me I don't know how to open the trunk-I've read comments on another site that said it's not rocket science-well, apparently it is if your hrv has the defect! Its not working!
