I called Honda Canada right before the 5 years warranty ended. I was told that this is not an issue with the paint. I was told that by me driving on the highway constantly, the sand and dirt from the road had sandblasted the paint off. Yes, as ridiculous as it sounds, this is the answer I got from Honda. I just did not want any more headaches and fixed it myself at an auto body shop.

Thumbs down for Honda and the Canadian government on this for not enforcing companies like Honda to fix evident quality issues.

Only the roof has this problem. It looks terrible. I took it to a collision center to get a quote and they said that this is Honda's fault and that I should take it to a dealer to have them fix it as part of a recall. I took it to Honda of Peoria (AZ) and they simply said it wasn't covered.

Topcoat (white) is peeling off primer(on hood only). Primer is intact. Topcoat appears to have never been properly bonded to primer.
