My grandchild age 6 was trapped in the seatbelt every time moved to try and free it would get tighter we ended up cutting free w/a box cutter, if I had called 911 I feel the police would have done the same thing as we did. This needs to be addressed immediately so no other grand parent goes through this. Thank you
