I had been driving my van during afternoon hours. When evening approached I realized the lights behind my gear selector and instrument panel were out. It became quite dark and I could not see my odometer to regulate my speed.

: the contact stated the dimmer control has never worked. The dashboard lights were always set on high and recently both the dash lights and the gear selector light extinguished. There is an NHTSA recall, # 00V183000, regarding the interior lighting. The VIN was not included in the recall.
