Seat belt is very difficult to use, per consumer. If belt is not pulled all the way out, it will lock up even when not in motion. Belt could lock around seat prior to connecting with the buckle requiring seat disassembly to be removed. In addition, individuals with 30 inches or longer backs receive inadequate protection from head rest at tallest position.
