I had notice the accelarator pedal giving a jerky movement and car starting after hesititing for a few seconds since day 1 whenever I acclerate. This is continuing to happen and occurs more frequently when there is rain or snow.

Gas pedal stuck on a very cold day (~10 F). My wife complained that the pedal could not be pushed down at all; she finally got it to move after about 10 minutes of trying. Because we can back down our driveway without pushing on the gas, she didn't notice until the car was already in the street.
