Gentlemen,

I had hit ( light hit ) the school bus in Feb. 2009 when my Odyssey suddenly accelerating to speed up-the hit was from passenger side-strong dents from my car-fortunately the bus is parked and no damages because the bus is hard metal body and school did not blamed the accident. I had to claim myself-as my fault-to my insurance and got fixed ( by deduction of my claim as $500.00 dollars ), and it cost totally around $1,700.00. At that time, I thought it was my fault and I did not made any complaints.

Until now, after my last maintenance in March-7th-2012, the sudden acceleration occurs as more as clear, now I send you my concern. By the way, I also received a letter from Legal group APC to concern about the same problem of torque converters. I only want the Honda company understand my problem and will send my van for fixing without charges. I do not want to bring the problem to the attorney as sueing as charging. I am planning to call Honda company as soon as next day ( 3-20th-2012) ( honda company in Torrance city ) about the problem.

I am appreciated of your patient and concern.Thanks.
