Have been noticing intermittent problems with power steering. When cold, the car requires significant effort to turn wheel. Official diagnosis from dealer is "the pwr steering pump is not offering proper assist and PSI at times." Price listed is estimate to repair plus the 1 hr labor to diagnose. It has not been repaired at this time - but it will be repaired at some point. I am told by both dealer and Honda of America it is not part of the TSB 07-005 -- because it isn't a noise issue. I note that both owners have hearing issues -- and there may or may not be noise we can't hear going on. We have a case number in case there is recall.

Replaced power steering pump due to recall in 2010. Now I got same problem, hard to turn in low speed and car making noise when cold. F*cking Honda best car in US?
