2007 Honda Odyssey: Since 2011, the same complaint has been voiced when taking in for oil change or other service - there is a dry rubbing noise coming from brakes when turning left or right at low speeds, e.g. parking or turning from a stop. The same response every time - brakes are within norm and noise is caused from parking brake kicking in when backing up and will hear the dry rub then when turning at low speeds.

front brakes make a WHOOOOOOOOOOO noise at very low speeds, usually less than 5 mph. Usually after being stopped for awhile.
