back hatch window trim seal dry rotted back hatch window trim seal dry rotted

The seal started flaking off pretty quickly after I noticed it was dry rotted. I keep it in a garage and it does not see a lot of extreme weather. We also had to replace some of the pieces it snaps into in the window.
