Pilot Touring

I took the Pilot back for the third time . They kept it overnight to check engine when it is cold. When I picked the Pilot up all Honda would say is that the engine is running as designed. ( Who in their right mind would want to hear that loud vibration every time you go for a drive. ) This 40,000 dollar SUV sounds like a junker. No one at the dealership would admit they could hear and feel the vibration. That's what makes me so upset.

Everyone I talked to including the sales person claims they never heard of someone with a Pilot with this problem. Maybe they should read up on their own complaints. I talked to a guy with a 2013 Pilot with the exact same problem and the arbitrator required Honda to buy back the auto, I think I will go the same route . If this won't work I'm going to Toyota for a car with a quiet engine.
