We thought the mirror was just dirty, but when we tried cleaning the stains they would not come off, took it to the dealer and they tried cleaning it with special cleaner but didn't work. The manager replaced it as customer courtesy, but this was defective from day of purchase. We didn't noticed because it was night when purchased and when we did notice we thought it was just dirty.
