  • 125,000 miles
The contact owns a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated the vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign id number: 10V001000 (electrical system: Instrument panel) by an authorized dealer. Once the vehicle was repaired, the dealer test drove the vehicle and noticed that the blower motor would only operate while on high. The dealer replaced the transistor but did not correct the failure. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the contact was informed that the instrument panel master control was defective. The vehicle was not further repaired. The manufacturer would not provide any assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000 and the current mileage was approximately 130,000.
