The contact owns a 2003 Hummer H2. While driving 35 mph, the front passenger side tire fell off and the contact crashed into a parked vehicle. The vehicle was towed to her residence. The insurance investigator stated that the steering knuckle failed at the ball joint. The current and failure mileages were 56,000.
