My 2004 Hummer H2 vehicles. My vehicle has a condition in which water can enter the windshield wiper motor module. If a sufficient amount of water enters the module, over time, the front windshield wipers may work intermittently or they may become inoperative. If this were to occur, driver visibility could be reduced, which could result in a vehicle crash. NHTSA campaign id number: 08V456000 this is exactly what is happening to my car but GM refuses to assist because my VIN # is not on their recall list. Which means that there are a lot more Hummer that are on the road with this condition getting absolutely no help from GM.
