While driving on the freeway, the driver's side sun visor suddenly fell down and blocked all visibility. The sun visor will no longer stay up and dangled above the steering wheel until I removed it. A cheap plastic part broke inside causing it to fall, startling me and nearly causing an accident.

The sun visors break at the hinge and drop down in front of the driver's face obstructing view. I have owned 1 elantra and 2 Accents since 2005. Hyundai refuses to deal with this.

I simply pulled the sun visor down, it made a strange noise and will no longer stay up, greatly impairing/obstructing the view out the windshield. The light also stopped working. Car is only at 30,000 - always have had routine maintenance.
