I've this horrible experience with this car and not sure where to begin. Since I bought it from Carmax in late 2015, I had to change the water pump twice to fix the coolant leaking problem. Changed the battery. It had issues of overheating and also replaced the thermostat. That's not all. Yesterday I took it to my mechanic since for the past couple of months I've had a loud cluttering sound when I start the car(especially in the mornings but lately almost every time). He told me to change all the coil pack and the spark plugs amounting $1777 with tax and labor included.

This morning I found out when I started the car I still have the problem. Will take it back for another look tomorrow since I've a warranty which lasts for 6months. The engine check light came on once but after driving around for few miles it turned off by itself. I thought the gas cap wasn't tight enough but that was not the problem. I've had this problem from a long time but used to happen in every once in awhile but these days, it happens everyday and every time when I start the car. I can also smell the gas after starting. This is so frustrating. Not worth considering to invest any further repair money on this car

I only drive this car from home to work and cover around 20miles each day. consistently for the past 5yrs. I rate this car 4/10.
