He took the vehicle to an authorized dealer three times where the tires were rotated and balanced. The dealer stated that three of the tires were defective and referred him to a tire store. The tire was replaced. The failure continued to occur; therefore, he took the vehicle back to the dealer who referred him back to the tire center. A second tire also defective. The failure continued to occur so the vehicle was taken back to the dealer who stated that three of the tires were defective.
