The contact owns a 2009 Hyundai Azera equipped with Michelin energy plus mxv4, P235/55/R17 tires. The contact stated that the vehicle was shaking and vibrating whenever he drove the vehicle approximately 40-45 mph. He took the vehicle to an authorized dealer three times where the tires were rotated and balanced. The dealer stated that three of the tires were defective and referred him to a tire store. The tire was replaced. The failure continued to occur; therefore, he took the vehicle back to the dealer who referred him back to the tire center. A second tire also defective. The failure continued to occur so the vehicle was taken back to the dealer who stated that three of the tires were defective. Eventually, the tires were replaced ten times; however, the failure continued to occur. The contact notified the manufacturer who was working on a solution when the complaint was filed.
