Right front tire blew out while driving 50 mph and caused vehicle to roll over once. Prior to roll over, driver and passenger wore seat belts.. however, the front seat belts disconnected and failed to restrain the occupants. Driver sustained head injuries, and the passenger suffered from head and neck pain. Both were taken to hospital. Both occupants survived.
