Ok had carpet was replaced after buying as it was too short and still didn't fit. Took it in again and then had to wait and wait for someone to look at it from higher up. He said it looks like a problem with the carpet lot and cut too short from manufacturer as well. Got my car back today after months of waiting and it still isn't right. The carpet is yet still cut too short. Pretty bad, their own carpet wont fit their cars. They told me no one else has complained about it. So hmmm, went to my neighbors today they have a 2009 as well and guess what SAME PROBLEM! So if you have a 2009 check your carpet. Whats happening is between the front seat is the console well up by where you put your feet the carpet is popping out its cut to short to stay tucked up under. This is on both drivers side and passengers.
