The contact owns a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. While the contact was driving approximately 20 mph, the horn failed to function when engaged. The failure recurred intermittently when driving at any given speed. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where they were unable to duplicate the malfunction. The manufacturer was not made aware of the defect. The approximate failure mileage was 4,000. Updated 10/27/11 updated 11/02/11
