When activating the voice command, the entire radio blanks out and comes back as if there was a short in the system. If the button is repeatedly pressed it says system is busy. If you have saved your cell phone activity, you need to re-save it as it is lost which to me sounds like a short. Everything else still works fine. A hard reset did nothing and the dealer said it's likely the main unit. Very disappointing.

I really miss my music, but not having bluetooth is really bad. Looked at the fuses and can't find any blown. From reading other reviews, looks like I have to take to dealership and have it reset. This is a pain since I work Monday - Friday full time.
