The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. The contact stated that the color of the defroster dish caused a glare in the front windshield and the contact was distracted when driving. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for inspection. The problem was reported to the manufacturer. The failure and current mileage was 220. Updated 7/8/13

We got in the car and as we drove down the street we noticed the rear window was broken. The entire window had cracks running through it. There were no indentations in the glass or scratches on the vehicle as one would expect if someone or something had impacted the vehicle. This was confirmed by the police department.
