Apparently when you have your car towed to the nearest dealership it's completely normal to have your car just sit there week by week collecting dust. The service men are in no hurry to repair or replace a motor. My car has been sitting at the dealership for 4 months now and the last weekly phone call made to the service department goes like this... I'm usually told 1 more week, just another week... 16 weeks later... and counting...

I'm being informed when some new information comes back from their engineers they'll call me before starting to repair ON my engine. That could be MONTHS FROM NOW!!! I haven't even had the car a full year yet. Geeze - gimme a break! DESPITE these troubles in today's economy I've never been late or missed a payment that includes insurance current and up to date. Not having my vehicle is so overwhelming... how much longer is too long to wait?

I was on a red light and the car just stalled on me without any warning. Towed the car to the dealer, took 1 day to diagnose and 7 days for repair approval from Hyundai Canada and another week is needed for the repair. Just got a courtesy vehicle today from a rental company and will be paid from Hyundai Canada.

As I start the engine, It hesitates for some time and then stops. I thought its just cause I started the car quickly and the pump didn't prime then I noticed it happens more frequently and the car would hesitate for 30 seconds till it responds to me pushing the gas pedal or it just stops.

I contact my dealer and he said we got this complaint many times and we contacted Hyundai for a solution but they didn't come up with any.

they recommended for now to put the supreme gas till they come up with a solution.
