Elantra GL 1.8L

Since I bought the car in 2015, I had vibration and noise. after I had the wheels balanced 90% of the vibration gone. Always had noise coming from the tires. Very bad quality stiff tires(Continental 205/55R16) At 46000 km on the car and with maximum 30000 km on these original tires Costco recommended to replace the tires as they are worn out and they won't pass inspection. That will cost me around $650.
