I bough the car from North Palm Hyundai after a few months I return to dealer for maintenance. I had the car checked for oil change and routine check and since then gone back five times with a strong rubber burning smell on the air conditioner. (The first time it happen a black cloud of smoke came out of the air vents). After the first visit the engine was return very dirty with like throw up or vomit pieces of black and white parts.

The car engine died and they claim it needed a new battery (the old battery was only a year old). The electrical lights and inside goes off and on at will. Now the manager claims he cannot smell the strong smell of burning rubber inside the car, and especially when the car its been on the road for an hour or more it becomes impossible to bear (and I have asthma).

There is a danger of me passing out when driving with a smell that stops my breathing.

The manager of maintenance has denied all problems and kept no record of the many times I have been there asking to fix the damage that their mechanics cost. Please if someone can help me, let me know how I can make this horrible dealership face the problem they cause.
