the driver & passenger head rest restraints exploded
The date was 10/14/2015, I was driving slowly on a surface street when both head restraint air bags exploded (driver and passenger). There was no impact, so this is troubling, scary, and I am very worried that something else will go off. The dealer only fixed one, claiming that the other would be fixed later. I am very frustrated with Hyundai customer care who keep giving me the run around. The car is not usable as the passenger side is still not fixed, and they do not know the reason why this happened. Hyundai did not provide a loan car or rental, and they keep giving me the run around and no solution. I highly depend on my vehicle for my business as well as transporting my 3 small children. Today is 10/16/2015 and the only solution from customer care is to wait, and the solution from the dealer is for me to drive the car until there is resolve. I refuse to drive the car, but I am forced to due to this situation.
