engine blew apart

Driving down interstate 45 two hours from home. When my car completely lost all power, I was put in a very dangerous position with my broken down car on the highway. Had to pay for a tow to the nearest town, then rent a U-Haul trailer to drive it back home. My car is out of service the main crankshaft won’t budge. Most likely a broken crankshaft, or the engine seized up.

Autofair Hyundai in Manchester, where I purchased the vehicle did not want to provide me with a loaner, then when they did they put me in a cheap Elantra. Took them months to replace the new engine, they finally got it fixed after I filed a complaint with Hyundai Consumer Affairs, so they got involved and contacted the stealership directly.

When I did receive the vehicle back, they did a sloppy job, handing me the vehicle back in an unsafe condition. Even the brake lines weren't connected properly!! I can honestly say, this is the last place I would ever buy a vehicle from again. They are a sneaky and dishonest bunch, including the manager, Matt Gelinas, aka (Professor Hyundai).
