The contact owns a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. The contact was driving less than 5 mph in reverse in a residential driveway when the vehicle exhibited an loud bang from the exterior. The contact inspected the vehicle and noticed that the front driver side tire was punctured due a fractured coil spring. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 75,000.
