Santa Fe SE, Limited 3.3L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 179,000 miles

This is the 2nd time I’ve had this reoccurring electrical problem. It began with the seatbelt and battery light flashing. Then the TMPS light, the brake light, and then all other dash lights flashing. All that for about 3 miles and jerking and bucking while driving. Then a complete engine shutdown in the middle of a busy street. Same thing happened about 4 years ago and the engine shut off without any warning. It cost over $1000. I am hoping it’s not the same problem.

Santa Fe Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,000 miles

The lights on the vehicle would not go off which ran the battery down. Then later the interior wood grain melted due to a light not going off this was covered under the warranty. Now the blinker is out on one side and they have said there was a short and the entire light system on that side needs to be repaired at $425.
