cylinders 2 and 3 misfires

went to Hyundai dealership where I bought car from they couldn't find the problem even though they drove it

and agreed that there was a misfire they couldn't fix problem. so have been living with issue for some years now replaced everything possible, no luck I was told by one electrician that I would have to replace ignition harness which is really expensive and may not fix problem. Cylinders 1 and 2 regular misfires.
