The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe with a webasto hillandia sunroof, model number 6380122. The contact stated that he received notification of NHTSA campaign id number: 10E038000 (visibility:sun roof assembly) and had been in contact with the manufacturer in regards to a recall. The manufacturer advised that the part needed for repairs was not available and on backorder. The sun roof could not be used without the clip. The vehicle was not repaired. The current and failure mileage was 34,000.
