I was concerned about my brakes when I received the recall notice in the mail. I brought it up to them when I brought the car back due to the shaking that developed after the oil change and tire rotation. The car was not shaking prior to this service, it shouldn't be shaking afterwards.

I have a friend who has driven my car prior to and after service as well who says the same thing as I: Something must have happened during that service that resulted in this shaking behavior. I have a witness who helps, so I don't have to feel as though I'm losing my mind.

The guy there just ignored anything I said about the recall and gave no response except it doesn't concern them, me, or my car. I gave up on it. I felt intimidated. So, I waited an exceptionally long time to get nothing done on the shaking of my car and a list of things I needed to fix - the major one - both front and rear brakes.

If the recall didn't concern me, I wished he would have at least given me an explanation as to why. Recalls are serious business to me, especially when it involves my 2017 Hyundai Sport Santa Fe on brakes which mine now, unexpectedly need fixing, and I am at Max Hyundai repair dealership. That is simply wrong and very unprofessional. Therefore, I submit my second complaint. I'm afraid to drive my car now. I want a car without brake problems. Thanks again for letting me complain about this problem. Have a great day everyone out there.
