My engine blew while driving out of town. There was no check engine light or any warning. It just lost power on the interstate. I had it towed to a dealership and was given a case number and case manager by Hyundai Consumer services. Even though I have a case #, I have to give all of the same information over and over any time I call. The case manager knows nothing. I'm not even sure what her job is for. The service manager at the dealership informed me that it can't be fixed under the powertrain warranty because I am the 2nd owner. It has a little over 85,000 miles on it. I would think Hyundai would want to keep their customers happy so they would come back but apparently not. I have filed a complaint with BBB but not real sure it will do anything.
