Sonata Limited 3.3L V6

My ESC light comes on intermittently. It does not turn off when I press the ESC button on and off but it does extinguish when I shut off the car and then restart. Recall in 2010 to replace brake light switch...replaced with a new switch with with same part number...the same switch that went bad.
