As I was about ready to park in a parking garage, my car took off by itself. I tried braking, but no response. I barely missed a car next to me and crashed into the wall of the garage, leaving a hole in the garage wall of about 4 x 6 feet. The car was smoking. The air bag in the steering wheel deployed. I was badly bruised due to hitting the steering wheel and the seatbelt. I also had bruising on my right foot. I also had pain in my neck and shoulders. I am now afraid to drive the car. When I researched this problem I found the exact same scenario on this site in 2013.
