First noticed the gas pump kicking off just below the full mark when filling up. As time went on, it got worse to the point the pump kicked off with a 5 cent fill. Annoying as all get out as I could only get a nickle worth of gas before the pump shut off. Took to mechanic and they replaced carbon filter and THOUGHT they had cleaned all carbon pellets out of system. Picked car up from garage and took to station. Guess what?! I could not pump any gas into tank. Took it back and they had used a air hose to clean line. However, it didn't work so they had to drop the fuel tank and clean from bottom up. They were nice enough to split the extra $700 charge with me. My final cost was $800.

When filling the gas tank, it would shut off every few cents as if full even if empty. Mechanic said the plastic fuel line going from the tank to the engine is the narrowest he's ever seen and recommended it be replaced with a wider line. While adding gasoline, it would back up not being able to flow smoothly through the narrow line and the automatic shut off would engage.

Having problems refueling vehicle, it seems to gurgle and shut off the flow of fuel. This is very annoying and seems to be a recurring problem. Hyundai needs to get on the ball with this and fix this problem because I hear all Hyundai customers are having same problem.
