I was in the ramp going towards George Washington Bridge and was following an Acura car and there was traffic. I stepped on the brakes ( AM DEFINITELY SURE about it) because it was a slow traffic but the brakes DID NOT WORK! So, of course, it is my fault with the Insurance Company and might cause an increase in insurance!! which I was trying to avoid.
The brakes were serviced 3 months ago by a reputable firm - so I do not understand why it did not stop when I pressing hard!!!
I was very impressed with INIFINITI before and was planning to get a new one or trade in my old one- but this incident made me change my mind completely!!!
