This generally seems to happen at random on pumps with premium (91-93 octane), but occasionally I will go to refuel on empty and the gas pump will automatically shut off on the LOWEST setting after pumping anywhere between 1 to 6 gallons. There is a TSB for this on earlier models but NOT on the 2011. When it happens I generally just drive to another pump and use 87 octane and it usually fills up.
