This engine stumbling could not be fixed by dealer. They don't know how to fix the problem. I was almost broadsided by an 18 wheeler when I pulled away from a stop sign onto a 55 mph highway. The vehicle moved forward 5 feet and stalled. I frantically kept pressing the accelerator and finally I moved out of the path of the truck. He swerved to miss me at the last second.

The dealer, Crest Infiniti of Plano, Tx, couldn't find the cause of the stumbling and referred me to the Infiniti Consumer Affairs Group who logged in my complaint and forwarded the information to their factory engineers for resolution.

The factory would not buy back the vehicle or give me another vehicle. Their recommendation was to take the vehicle to other dealers or independent service shops for a possible solution. If I don't want to do that I should just continue to drive the vehicle at my own risk! I should also mention that the service writer at Crest Infiniti shared with me that he had a Q50 that does exactly the same thing.
