The dealership said, "Oh, every time you open the back hatch it also opens the window - you just have to shut the window again" (What???). The window is shut as tight as possible, but the warning light comes on every time you start the vehicle. You have to hit the "Okay" button on the dash navigation display screen to get rid of it; it pops up a total of 3 times and then doesn't come back, but trying to hit the Okay button 3x while driving is not only annoying but dangerous. The warning covers the entire screen so you can't see what else is displayed at the time.
