O.K. I bought a 2017 Infiniti QX80 in May 2022, and nine days later from purchasing the SUV, it would not go into reverse. Very unsatisfied. So since I had this problem, I have found that this is a common problem for 2017 Infiniti QX80. The bad part about this is I went to Car Complaint first before buying this vehicle and there was nothing listed on Car Complaint. They say that there is a transmission problem with the 2017 QX-80 SUV, but as of now, all you would have to do is google 2017 Infiniti QX-80 transmission and you will received a list of problem that the QX-80 is having. So if you have to have your transmission replace, please don't replace it with a new transmission because you will run into the same problem a couple of years later.
